Getting started

How does apicash.ai work?+

You register a supported API credential, we verify it, and metered usage on that credential is reported back to your dashboard. Each settled usage record is converted to a cash amount using the published rate for its provider and model family.

Which credentials are supported?+

Anthropic API keys, AWS Bedrock IAM credentials with model invocation permission, and Azure OpenAI endpoint credentials. We do not accept consumer subscription plans, free trials, or promotional credits.

Do I have to hand over my account?+

No. You keep ownership and full control of the credential. You can pause or remove it at any time, and metering stops immediately.

Is this available in my country?+

The service is not available to residents of sanctioned jurisdictions or to anyone on applicable restricted-party lists. Payout methods may be limited by your location.

Rates and settlement

How is my payout calculated?+

Billable usage is measured at the provider's official list price, then multiplied by the recovery rate for that provider and model family. Additional factors apply for remaining validity, declared value, and credential source. The result is your gross earning.

When does earnings become available?+

New accounts have a 14-day holding period. The first settled batch is held for 7 days. After that, earnings become available 3 days after they are recorded. A 10% reserve is held for 90 days to cover upstream disputes and credential revocation.

Why is part of my earnings held as a reserve?+

The reserve covers cases where an upstream provider reverses or disputes usage after the fact. It is released back to your available balance 90 days after the related earning is recorded.

Do you show my remaining provider balance?+

No. We do not estimate or display a remaining balance. Your dashboard shows the consumption statements reported by our settlement system and the earnings they generate.

Withdrawals

How do I get paid?+

PayPal payouts start at $50 with a 2% fee (minimum $1, maximum $20). USDT TRC20 payouts start at $20 with a flat 1 USDT network fee. Your first three withdrawals each month are fee-free.

How long do withdrawals take?+

Most withdrawals are reviewed within one business day. PayPal usually lands the same day after approval; USDT TRC20 is typically confirmed within minutes of broadcast.

Do you require identity verification?+

Verification is tiered by cumulative withdrawal volume. Below $200 we run a lightweight check. From $200 to $2,000 we require a government ID and liveness check. Above $2,000 we also require proof of credential ownership.

Account and risk

What happens if a credential stops working?+

The credential is moved to a revoked state, metering stops, and any unsettled earnings linked to it are reviewed. Confirmed reversals are deducted from the reserve first.

Can I register credentials I did not purchase?+

Only credentials you own or are authorised to use. Company-purchased credentials require proof of authorization. Promotional and grant credits are accepted at a reduced rate or declined.

How do I close my account?+

You can delete your account from Settings after withdrawing any available balance and closing open withdrawals. Credential ciphertext is destroyed on deletion.
