Terms of service
Last updated: 18 October 2026
These terms govern your use of apicash.ai (the "Service"), operated by APICash. By creating an account or registering a credential you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
The Service lets you register supported third-party API credentials, records metered usage reported by our settlement system, converts that usage into a cash amount using published rates, and pays the resulting balance to you. The Service does not sell, resell, or transfer credentials to third parties, and does not provide access to any provider account.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- You must not be located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you must not appear on any applicable restricted-party list.
- You must own each credential you register, or hold documented authorization to use it.
3. Credentials and authorization
- You grant us a limited licence to use each registered credential solely to verify it and to facilitate metered usage that generates settlement records.
- You confirm that registering and using the credential does not breach the provider's terms, your employment agreement, or any other obligation you are subject to.
- We may reject or remove a credential at any time if verification fails, if we cannot confirm ownership, or if the provider restricts the account.
- You must not register credentials obtained from third parties without authorization.
4. Rates, settlement, and reserves
- Rates are published per provider and model family with a floor and ceiling. The final rate applies published term, scale, and source factors and is clamped inside that band.
- Earnings are calculated from billable usage confirmed by our settlement system, measured at the provider's official list price. We do not display an estimated remaining balance.
- Earnings remain pending for a holding period of 3 days, 7 days for a first batch, or 14 days for accounts younger than 30 days. On release, 10% is held in reserve for 90 days.
- If usage is reversed, disputed, or found to be non-billable, the related earning may be clawed back from pending, available, or reserve balances, in that order.
- Rates may change with at least 7 days' notice. Changes never apply retroactively.
5. Withdrawals
- PayPal minimum $50, fee 2% (minimum $1, maximum $20). USDT TRC20 minimum $20, flat 1 USDT fee.
- The first three withdrawals in each calendar month are fee-free. A single request is capped at $2,000.
- Only one withdrawal may be in progress at a time, with a 72-hour cooldown between requests.
- Withdrawals are subject to identity verification tiers, sanctions screening, and manual review. We may hold or decline a payout where risk signals require it.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of payout details. Funds sent to an incorrect address or account may be unrecoverable.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Registering credentials you do not own or cannot prove authorization for.
- Submitting consumer subscription plans, trial credits, or promotional grants as eligible usage.
- Manipulating usage, creating artificial traffic, or colluding to inflate settlement records.
- Using the Service to evade provider terms, sanctions, tax obligations, or anti-money-laundering controls.
- Attempting to access another user's data, probe our infrastructure, or bypass rate limits.
7. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account where these terms are breached, where required by law or a payment partner, or where activity presents a fraud or sanctions risk. You may close your account at any time after withdrawing available funds and closing open withdrawals. On closure, credential ciphertext is destroyed and personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy.
8. Service availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular volume of usage, or a particular level of earnings. Settlement depends on upstream providers and payment partners outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts we paid to you in the three months preceding the claim or $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunity.
10. Taxes
You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to amounts you receive. We may request tax documentation before releasing a payout where required by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which APICash is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence are not excluded.
