Risk disclosure
Last updated: 18 October 2026
This disclosure is intentionally direct. Registering credentials for usage settlement carries commercial, operational, and regulatory risk. Read it before you register anything.
1. This is not an investment or a yield product
Nothing on apicash.ai is an offer of securities, a deposit, a fund, or an investment product. Rates describe how confirmed usage is converted into a cash amount; they are not a yield, an interest rate, or a promise of future earnings. You should not register a credential expecting a fixed return.
2. Provider terms may prohibit shared or resold access
Major providers restrict reselling, sublicensing, or using services on behalf of third parties without approval. Anthropic's commercial terms require express approval for resale; AWS service terms prohibit reselling or using services on behalf of anonymous third parties; OpenAI terms restrict transferring or reselling access. Registering a credential here may be treated as a breach of those terms, which can result in suspension, revocation, or forfeiture of prepaid credit.
You are responsible for determining whether your use complies with the provider's terms and with your own employment or corporate agreements. We do not provide legal advice, and we cannot guarantee that a provider will permit this arrangement.
3. Settlement depends on upstream confirmation
Earnings are calculated only from usage confirmed by our settlement system. Usage may be rejected, re-rated, or reversed after the fact if the provider disputes it, if a credential is found to be non-compliant, or if the account is restricted. In that case the related earning can be clawed back.
4. Holding periods and the reserve
Earnings stay pending for 3 days, 7 days for a first batch, or 14 days for new accounts. A 10% reserve is then held for 90 days. These periods exist to absorb reversals. During them, funds are not available for withdrawal.
5. Rate changes
Published rates can change with at least 7 days' notice. A provider price change, a shift in demand, or a compliance requirement can reduce the rate for new usage. Settled statements are not recalculated retroactively, but future earnings may be lower than your estimate.
6. Credential revocation
A credential can stop working at any time: the key may be rotated, the account suspended, the region restricted, or the quota exhausted. When that happens, metering stops and unsettled earnings linked to the credential are reviewed. Confirmed reversals are deducted from your reserve first.
7. Payout risk
PayPal and USDT payouts depend on third parties. A payout can be delayed, reversed, or blocked by the payment provider, by sanctions screening, or by a compliance review. Blockchain transfers are irreversible; funds sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered by us.
8. Verification and account limits
Cumulative withdrawals trigger identity verification tiers. If you cannot or will not complete a tier, you may be unable to withdraw above the corresponding threshold. Accounts may be restricted where a risk signal cannot be resolved.
9. Regulatory and tax risk
Rules on credential sharing, money transmission, and tax treatment vary by jurisdiction and may change. You are responsible for your own tax position. We may be required to collect tax documentation or report certain payments.
10. Operational risk
The service may be unavailable, delayed, or interrupted. Settlement records depend on an internal system that can fail or be late. We do not guarantee uptime, a particular settlement cadence, or the preservation of any particular rate.
11. What you can do to reduce risk
- Register only credentials you own and can prove authorization for.
- Do not commit a credential you need for primary production workloads.
- Keep the declared value realistic; it is a pricing input and a risk signal.
- Monitor statements and pause a credential as soon as usage looks abnormal.
- Withdraw regularly rather than accumulating a large balance.
- Check your provider's terms and your employer's policy before registering.
12. Acknowledgement
By registering a credential you acknowledge that you have read this disclosure, understand that earnings are variable and may be clawed back, and accept that provider terms and payment partner decisions are outside our control.
