Three commitments
What we promise, and what we refuse to promise
Metered, not promised.
You are paid for usage that settles, at a rate published before you register. No fixed-return claims, no projections.
See the evidenceDelegated, not handed over.
Least-privilege, revocable access only. Never your password, your account owner, or your billing console.
See the evidencePublished, not negotiated.
The formula, the fees, the holds, and the exit steps live on one page — and apply to every partner.

Four kinds of partner, one settlement standard
Eligibility depends on what you can document, not on how much you can promise. Every segment is paid on the same published formula.
Startups with committed cloud spend
26%–58%Anthropic · AWS Bedrock
You prepaid for Bedrock or Anthropic capacity that your product will not consume before it expires.
A workspace-scoped API key, or an organization Admin API key restricted to usage and cost reports.
Agencies and managed service providers
9%–48%AWS Bedrock · Azure OpenAI
You hold client workloads on organization accounts and can document that you are authorized to share capacity.
A cross-account IAM role with an external ID, granting bedrock:InvokeModel and nothing else.
Platforms with approved shared access
9%–58%Anthropic · AWS Bedrock · Azure OpenAI
You already operate a provider-approved sharing arrangement and need a settlement layer for the metered side.
An Entra ID application assigned the Cognitive Services OpenAI User role on one resource.
Individual developers
32%–58%Anthropic
You pay for your own API account and want the unused metered portion to stop being a sunk cost.
A workspace-scoped API key, or an organization Admin API key restricted to usage and cost reports.
Division of labour
We run the settlement. You keep the account.
We handle
- Matching demand to your credential and routing requests
- Metering, statements, holding periods, and the 10% reserve
- PayPal and USDT TRC20 payouts with a full status history
- Upstream disputes, reversals, and clawbacks
- Encryption, access control, and the audit trail
- Reviewing your authorization evidence before activation
You keep
- Ownership and control of the credential and the account
- The right to pause or revoke, at any time, without notice
- Your provider console, billing, quotas, and spend limits
- Your own judgement on whether your use complies with provider terms
- Line-by-line visibility into every settled statement
How you are paid
A formula you can recompute from your own invoice
Base rate by provider and model family, adjusted for remaining validity, declared value, and credential source, then clamped inside a published floor and ceiling.
Published formula
payout = face_value × base_rate × term_factor × scale_factor × source_factor
The result is clamped between the floor and ceiling for that model family, so a factor can never push a rate outside the published band.
Total gross
$13,500.00
- Monthly gross
- $5,000.00
- Reserve held 90 days (10%)
- − $1,500.00
Earnings depend on demand matched to your credential, the model mix, and the remaining validity. We publish the rate, not a projection.
Run your own numbers
The calculator uses the same rates as this page. It cannot predict how much demand your credential will receive.
Your estimate
IllustrativeEstimated gross earnings
$6,000.00
over 6 months · effective rate 50.0%
Estimates assume the declared usage is fully metered and settles upstream. Holding periods, volume adjustments, and validity terms can change the final amount.
Start an applicationPartner tiers
Tiers change service, not the payout
Criteria are objective and reviewed on a fixed calendar. A tier never raises or lowers the rate that applies to your usage.
Registered
Not requiredCriteria
An account, a completed identity check, and at least one active credential.
What changes
Published rates, daily statements, standard review within three business days, and self-serve pause or revoke.
Verified
AnnualCriteria
A business entity, documented authorization, identity level 2, no revocation in 30 days, and no confirmed dispute.
What changes
24-hour verification, a fast lane for authorization review, a named operations contact, and eligibility for a higher payout ceiling.
Preferred
QuarterlyCriteria
At least $25,000 of confirmed face value in the trailing 90 days across three active credentials and two providers, with no disputes.
What changes
A dedicated settlement manager, quarterly reconciliation, co-marketing with written consent, and first access to new providers.
Tiers change how fast you are reviewed and who answers — never what the formula pays.
Money moves on a published calendar
Holding periods exist because upstream billing can still be reversed after we record usage. The clock starts on the usage date, not on the day you ask.
Day 0
Usage recorded
A settlement batch is applied and an accrual entry is created.
T+3 to T+14
Holding period
Accrued earnings stay pending while upstream billing settles.
Release day
90 / 10 split
90% becomes available, 10% moves to the 90-day reserve.
Day 90+
Reserve released
The reserve returns to available unless a clawback applied.
Demand signal
Where settlements landed this week
Aggregated from settled usage records across every partner. It records where volume actually landed, not where it might go.
Share of settled face value. Model names come from provider billing lines.
Leaving
An exit you can audit
You do not need permission to stop. Revocation is a user action, and the remaining steps run on the same calendar as any other statement.
- 01
Pause or revoke
Pause in the dashboard for an immediate stop, or revoke the role or key at the provider. Both are recorded in the credential's event log.
- 02
Final statement
Usage recorded before the stop is metered and issued as a final statement, with the same line items as any other day.
- 03
Settle after the holds
Pending earnings clear on the normal schedule, and the 90-day reserve is released unless a reversal is open.
- 04
Destroy and confirm
Delete the credential or the account and the ciphertext is destroyed. We confirm the deletion in writing on request.
What we will never ask for
- Your provider password or one-time codes
- MFA seeds or recovery codes
- Ownership transfer of your account
- Remote access to your machine or console
- Root or account-owner credentials of any kind
Bring one credential. Decide after the first statement.
Applications are reviewed by a person. Tell us what you hold and how you are authorized to share it; if we cannot document the authorization, we will say so instead of onboarding you.
Applying costs nothing and does not create a credential. Read the risk disclosure before you apply.
What to have ready
- The provider and model families you can supply
- The access path you intend to use: workspace key, cross-account role, or Entra application
- Evidence that you own the account or are authorized to share it — a redacted invoice or usage screenshot is enough
Questions partners ask first
Is this allowed by Anthropic, AWS, or Microsoft?+
Provider terms restrict reselling and shared access, and each provider treats authorization differently. We only accept capacity you can document a right to share: an organization account, a delegated role, or a provider-approved program. If you cannot document it, we decline rather than onboard you. This is not legal advice.
What access do you actually need?+
A workspace-scoped Anthropic key, a cross-account AWS role limited to bedrock:InvokeModel, or an Entra ID application holding the Cognitive Services OpenAI User role. Never a password, an MFA seed, or an account owner login.
Can I cap or stop usage?+
Yes. Set a spend limit at the provider, pause the credential in the dashboard for an immediate stop, or revoke the role or key at the provider. Revocation on the provider side stops metering within the next settlement cycle.
How is this different from selling my account?+
We do not buy accounts, balances, or ownership. You remain the account holder and the party billed by the provider. We pay for measured usage only, and the access you grant can be withdrawn at any time.
How does APICash make money?+
We pay the published recovery rate for capacity and resell it at a margin. That spread is our revenue. Your statement carries no hidden deduction; the only fee is the published withdrawal fee.
What happens when I leave?+
Pause or revoke, receive a final statement for usage recorded before the stop, settle after the normal holds, and have the ciphertext destroyed. We confirm the deletion in writing on request.
Applying costs nothing and does not create a credential. Read the risk disclosure before you apply. Risk disclosure.
